About
I am Rūta, a lifelong dog lover. My journey with dogs began in 1996, at the age of 19, when I welcomed my very first dog – a Standard Schnauzer. Over the years, I also had the joy of raising other breeds, including a Neapolitan Mastiff and a Cane Corso.It was at an international dog show in Vilnius that I first fell in love with Miniature Schnauzers. Their charm and character completely won me over. In Lithuania, I worked in dog grooming and training, and in 2005 I moved to London, UK, where I founded a dog training school, a grooming salon, and a care center.
In 2017, our family welcomed our very first Miniature Schnauzer – Mela. Her wonderful temperament and excellent structure have been passed down to her puppies, several of whom have become champions and continue her legacy within the Amberbliss bloodline.
Our daughter Tija actively presents our dogs in shows, and as a family, we dedicate ourselves to raising the best representatives of this remarkable breed.
At Amberbliss, our mission is to breed healthy, happy, and well-tempered Miniature Schnauzers. We focus on proper socialization, natural and nutritious feeding, time spent in nature, and careful training to ensure our dogs thrive in every way.
In 2021, our family relocated to British Columbia, Canada, bringing with us Mela and Aikira. Today, three generations of Miniature Schnauzers live and grow in our home. We are proud to share our passion for this breed and the joy they bring into our lives.
